I am interested in psychobiological processes in health and disease, specifically in the psychobiology of stress. My research currently focuses (a) on the origins of individual differences in stress physiology (genetic, neuroendocrine/ immune, psychosocial) and (b) on the influence of stress and health during pregnancy on subsequent fetal and infant development.
