Conference Room Reservations
Click here to check conference room availablity. If the conference coom is available, email your request to Mervyn Vaz vazm@uci.edu and include the following information:
- Name and Department requesting the reservation.
- Purpose of the Meeting
- Conference Room Number(s)
- Reservation Date(s)
- Time(s)
You will receive an email response confirming your reservation. Please check to ensure the reservation is accurate.
Please note that when reserving and using conference rooms:
- Leave the room in the condition you would like to find it for the next meeting.
- Do not rearrange the tables, remove chairs or equipment from the room.
- Deposit trash in the containers provided.
- If food is being served, please put trash in the rest room (trash is emptied once a week, but in the rest rooms, every night)
- If there is an accidental spillage, please do a quick clean up and if additional custodial service is needed, promptly notify the CLS Department Office Staff .
- If you are having your event catered, allow 30 minutes before and after your event for setup and cleanup.
